Our construction superintendents are 30-hour OSHA trained and implement PPE and OSHA-approved measures appropriate for each job. We also have a documented safety program in our company safety manual that’s updated regularly to meet the most current standards.

We begin each job by defining work areas, dumpster locations, and allowable hours of construction operation in our logistical plan. During pre-construction, we review the plan with our customers, recommend dust control measures and barricades (if any), and discuss every safety aspect of the project as needed.

Dust is a common byproduct of renovation activities, and unfortunately, it can contain hazardous substances when inhaled or settle on surfaces, requiring extensive cleaning efforts. Therefore, our dust control measures include advanced equipment like plastic curtains, HEPA filters, exhaust fans, and plastic covers over return air grilles, among others.

We also prioritize cleanliness and perform daily cleaning during and after every construction workday, using top-quality cleaning equipment and supplies such as vacuums with HEPA filters, broom sweeping with sweeping compound, and spray cleaners. Finally, when it comes to excessive construction noise, we know it can disrupt the daily activities of occupants. For that reason, we do our best to limit noise by taking all possible precautions to keep it to a minimum.
