Construction
St. Mary Magdalene needed a major upgrade to its HVAC system, especially during and after the pandemic. With students and staff spending 8 hours a day in the building, having clean and properly filtered air was more important than ever.
InDecca took on the challenge, not just installing a new HVAC system but also helping the school navigate the government grant process that made the project possible. With the new system in place, the school now has much better air quality, ensuring a safer and healthier environment for everyone who learns and works there.

Approach
St. Mary Magdalene’s HVAC upgrade required careful planning to address both immediate needs and future goals. InDecca’s approach was to deliver a full solution that not only involved installing a modern HVAC system but also supporting the school through the process of securing government grants to fund the project. We worked closely with the school to ensure all aspects, from design to funding, were seamlessly integrated.
A major part of the approach was phasing the project to avoid disrupting school activities. The work was strategically scheduled during the summer break, allowing the upgrades to be completed without affecting class time or daily routines. The result was improved air quality, a more efficient HVAC system, and a healthier environment for students.
