Built on long term relationships. InDecca was founded and grew in response to our clients’ needs. We began as Unisan Supplies, providing commercial cleaning, restroom, and safety materials. Working on site, installing dispensers, clients asked if we could help with lighting, painting, and other projects. Quickly and based solely on our reputation, we became a “go to” for clients looking for a firm they could count on to improve their commercial space with care. We’re proud of our history and continue to work in the way that built this firm.

Board Member

Wayne serves as a conduit between the design and the construction of your office space. He works to maximize the design experience and suggest the best value for budget. His involvement in design, construction and furniture for the commercial office space allows for a single point of contact for the entire process. He has a wide variety of skills including space planning and design, design documentation oversight, contract administration and team building/leadership. His extensive experience in the construction field allows for a coordinated approach to the project implementation.

Ben serves as the Managing Director of InDecca— a position he has held for the past 18 years. In his role, Ben is responsible for overseeing the company’s operations and assisting with sales. Guided by the principles of compassion, purpose, respect, transparency, and perseverance, Ben values the positive work environment and the exceptional employees at InDecca. Besides his professional pursuits, Ben is keenly interested in practical activities such as construction, woodworking, metalworking, and welding. In his free time, Ben enjoys spending quality time with his family, working on his house, grilling, and swimming.

WHITE

Director of Projects (COO)

Tom is a Partner at InDecca, where he has helped clients plan, design, coordinate, and construct outstanding commercial spaces over 18 years. In his role, Tom is primarily responsible for driving new project sales, and he takes immense pride in providing clients with exceptional design and project delivery experiences. He plays a vital role in helping clients plan, design, coordinate, and construct the commercial space they require, including refurbishing commercial restrooms, break rooms, office spaces, medical facilities, community centers, and schools. His commitment to the job and dedication to delivering quality work has earned him the respect of his peers, clients, and trade partners alike. Outside the office, Tom enjoys spending time with his family, is a selfproclaimed grill master, and plays the piano.
