How many years of experience do you have?
We have 30 years of experience in all areas of commercial interior renovations, and we have well-established relationships with our vendors and subcontractors.

What is your service area, and are you licensed and insured?
We service the Central Ohio area. We are fully licensed and insured.

Do you help choose office furniture, colors, flooring, and fixtures?
Yes, we help with the entire design process and can help choose the best options for your location. Learn more here.

Do you work on Commercial or Residential projects?
We are a commercial renovation company only. Click here to view our work.

What are your best break room ideas?
The best way to get break room ideas is to ask your associates. Consider including them in the decision-making process so they feel included in your remodel!

What are ADA public restroom requirements?
The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) has outlined specific minimum requirements for all commercial restrooms. We follow these guidelines for all of our commercial and public restroom renovations.

Can I get a drawing or layout of the project before you get started?
Drawings are provided upon request as part of our design services.

Does the size of my project matter?
Our team is prepared to handle any size project you may have in mind. From small rest room renovations to medium-sized office remodels and brand-new construction builds.

Who will be coming out to give the estimate?

Am I allowed to find materials and subcontractors on my own?
No, we’ve got you covered there. We will do all the coordination of materials and subcontractors for your project.

Will I be able to request or change things during the project?
Yes. Please be aware that your request may alter the original quote. Changes can add additional cost to your project and may delay the finish date.

What are your terms of payment?
We’re happy to work within your budgetary needs, and we may be able to offer financing.

How do you handle increases in materials or labor costs?
When you work with us, your contract price will not change unless there’s a significant modification to the project. We make every effort to finalize subcontractor and material pricing early on in the job, so your contract price will not change unless the scope of work is altered.

Will I need a permit?
We will make all the necessary arrangements to obtain the proper permits if required for your project. Click here to learn more about permits.

How do you control dust, safety, and clean-up during the renovation or building process?
We make every effort to keep the process as clean as possible. Our dust control process includes using:

  • Air filtration systems for dust control
  • Sticky mats at doorways to keep foot traffic dust down
  • Taped-off areas with “plastic walls” to keep dust to a minimum
