When AWH was looking to upgrade their offices and provide a new workplace environment for their staff, they approached their property manager Farbman Group. Farbman Group hired Indecca to manage the design, permitting, and construction management phases of the upgrades as a single-source approach to AWH’s requirements.

The outcome is an energetic fresh and youthful office design, providing all staff, clients, and partners with a warm and inviting workplace. The upgrades also created a better place to meet and train apprentices as part of the “dev: spark” program launched two years ago by founder, Ryan Frederick.
