Our client required a complete transformation of a small office space into a common-use conference center. The renovations for the new conference room involved several key steps to transform the space. Firstly, two small office spaces were combined by removing the wall that separated them, creating a larger area for the conference room. One door was removed to provide a more open layout.

The next step was framing in the newly expanded space and covering it with drywall, ensuring a smooth and finished appearance. As part of the overall refresh, all areas received a fresh coat of paint. This included the conference room itself, as well as other parts of the surrounding area or suite, creating a cohesive and updated look throughout. We also removed the old carpeting in the conference room and replaced it. Finally, the relocation and addition of new fire sprinklers were implemented to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Visitors to the conference space can now enjoy a large conference table, abundant natural light, and a whiteboard to foster productive discussions and brainstorming sessions. The addition of versatile work areas, including wall-mounted storage cabinets, counter space, and tables, allows for flexible utilization of the space based on specific needs. Moreover, the small seating area at the front of the office creates a welcoming environment for visitors, providing a comfortable and inviting space for waiting or informal conversations.
