These renovations focused on enhancing the suite’s specific areas in a relatively smaller-scale scope of work. We started with installing carpet tiles throughout most areas of the suite, except for the Breakroom and technical/IT room, where a new vinyl composite tile flooring was furnished.

The cabinetry in the Breakroom and countertops in the Reception area were updated with laminate cabinets and Corian countertops, respectively. The walls throughout the suite were also painted, and a new ADA-height stainless front dishwasher was installed.
