St. Mary’s hired InDecca to extensively renovate four restrooms located on two floors of the school. The project included the removal and replacement of old tile on the floors and walls. In addition, it included the removal and replacement of all sinks and other fixtures. The school’s historic building, more than a century old, has experienced several remodels.

InDecca’s renovations were performed during school hours while Covid cases rose. InDecca observed all CDC guidelines and implemented security protocols to limit access to contractors, and limit noise and dust. In addition, temporary barriers were erected to keep faculty and students safely away from construction. Each evening, areas the team touched were left immaculate. 

Given the age and history of the building, it wasn’t a surprise when InDecca uncovered some disintegrated plumbing. The team brought in plumbing specialists to expertly define the problems InDecca corrected.

As the photos attest, InDecca more than solved the issues. The team delivered safe, modern restrooms with significantly upgraded plumbing, sleek fixtures, and a welcoming, fresh look.
