Edison and its new landlord, Farbman Group approached Indecca to lead the municipal approvals, coordinate and provide input into project design, and manage the construction buildout of their new space.

The project originally had a 3-month completion timeline, but during final discussions, this was compressed to a 2-month time frame! Indecca and its team of trusted suppliers and contractors managed to achieve this tight timeframe and Edison was able to occupy on time.
