What began as a warehousing operation servicing the local automotive industry in East Liberty, Ohio, NEX Transportation has now expanded to include kitting, sequencing, component deliveries, and small subassembly work. With their growing operations, NEX Transportion approached InDecca to help upgrade several key areas within their facility. These areas included the Bulk Office, KDX & Bulk Operations, as well as the plant's Training and Locker Room spaces. The goal was to modernize these spaces to support the company’s evolving needs and improve overall efficiency.

InDecca worked closely with NEX Transportation to relocate on-site staff out of each work area prior to the start of the renovation. Once each project was completed, InDecca facilitated the smooth migration of staff back into the updated spaces. Thanks to the professional execution of the project, NEX Transportation continues to rely on InDecca for ongoing improvements and maintenance of their facility.
