Our process began by conducting extensive discovery sessions with RBC Wealth Management stakeholders to help us understand their expectations of the finished product.
With our initial questions answered, we worked closely with architects, designers and engineers to develop a comprehensive dual-purpose design plan. One that not only envisioned how the new space would look when it was finished, but how it would be built to minimize the environmental footprint of the new building.
Higher Standards
Throughout the construction phase, sustainability was always top of mind. We utilized building techniques and materials that would enhance the energy efficiency of the new space. This approach required our construction team to implement strict quality control measures, which enabled us to meet regulatory requirements for a sustainable building.
